The Service and Trade Company “Mar-Bud” Jan Soczewka was established in 1997. Mr Jan Soczewka is the founder and manager of the company since the beginning. The Company “Mar-Bud” began its activity from ferroconcrete services. This resulted from the demands of the market for modern and professional services in this scope. The above line of business has remained one of the main fields in which our company specialised. Until now, “Mar-Bud” has made over 50 investments in the scope of ferroconcrete services.
 The plan of development assumed the expansion of specific departments, which has improved and reduced own costs in the course of further realisations of ferroconcrete works. In the first period of our activity we placed emphasis on professional equipment of the company (electric tools, specialist equipment for the needs of works being carried out). Then we bought means of transport; passenger and heavy-load vehicles for the needs of building sites. The next stage was to start up the building and construction supplies warehouse. Thanks to this, Coordinators of the investment gained a certain and punctual source of supply. However, the purchase of system scaffolding and obtaining specialist pumps for passing concrete completed the process of developing the department taking care of Complex Realisation of Ferroconcrete Works. All this was for Our Rule “BUILDING ON TIME” to become a reality.
Of course the success of "Mar-Bud" would not be possible without trusty workers with many years of experience. The team we created we chose consistently for the needs of the developed strategy of the company’s development, placing special significance on the professionalism of our team of over 150 people. The qualified technical and engineering team, as well as efficient workers of various specialisations, are to guarantee your satisfaction of the quality of realised works entrusted to us.
 Regardless of the technical conditions of collecting building works, as of 2007 the company “MAR-BUD” has its own Quality Programme called “MAR-QS 2007". The above programme is the essence of the Company’s Ideology of using advanced quality and safety in work and cosmetics, as well as caring for order on the building site. Therefore, clients can expect higher standards from the building supervision of "MAR-BUD”. By consistently realising the plan of development and having ensured the first contracting stage in the building process since September 2008, the Company “MAR-BUD” has opened a department of the General Contractor. In 2009, the company “Mar-Bud” plans to become an Investor in a few projects. The investments are located on the territory of the Mazovian, Silesian and Lower Silesia voivodeships. What is important is that the projects will not concern only multifamily constructions, but also industrial and in the scope of renewable energy.
